The Brunei Economic Development Board invites professional local consultancy companies, firms and institutions with expertise in the operation and maintenance of bridges and associated facilities including civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines to participate in the above mentioned tender.

The scope of Consultancy Services includes:

1. Phase 1 – Tender Document Preparation (MANDATORY SCOPE)

2. Phase 2 – Tender Stage (OPTIONAL SCOPE)

Who is qualified to tender?

1. Local consultancy companies, firms, and/or institutions shall be registered with the Board of Architects Professional Engineers and Quantity Surveyors (BAPEQS), Ministry of Development, with a valid practicing certificate. Tenderer may form a joint venture or a consortium with other local and/or international companies or firms to ensure relevant collective experience to discharge all scope of services.

2. Previous relevant experience in consultancy services for the operation and maintenance of bridges and associated facilities within the past 5 years.

3. Average annual turnover of local consultant company shall not be less than B$300,000.00 over the past 3 years.
